1. Accept and Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of WerninBill payment infrastructure and any related services offered through the WerninBill platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. WerninBill Infrastructure
WerninBill provides payment infrastructure and technology services. WerninBill is acting as an infrastructure provider and does not itself act as a merchant bank or financial institution. Payment processing, settlement and other financial services may be provided by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms, eligibility requirements and compliance contrls.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of their business and transactions. Merchants must provide accurate information when required and must comply with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions and payment provider requirements.
4. Self-Service Onboarding
WerninBill may provide self-service onboarding for merchants. Self-service onboarding does not override legal requirements, provider eligibility conditions, KYC/AML controls, sanctions screening or other compliance requirements. WerninBill makes no guarantee that every merchant or payment method will be available.
5. Restricted Activities
WerninBill does not support gambling, betting, narcotics-related activities, or other unlawful activities. Additional restrictions may apply based on applicable laws, jorisdiction, payment method, provider policy or merchant eligibility.
6. Fees
and Commission
WerninBill’s standard platform commission is 1% on supported payment transactions, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. Third-party provider, processing, network and settlement fees may also apply.
7. Payment Providers and Service Availability
Payment methods and providers may be subject to availability, eligibility, geographical limitations, regulatory requirements and provider policies. WerninBill does not guarantee undiscupted or continuous availability of any payment method or provider.
8. Prohibited Uses and Platform Protection
Merchants must not use the platform to fraed transactions, scams, unauthorized transactions, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activities. WerninBill may restrict, suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, providers, merchants, or other users.
9. Security
Merchants must protect their account credentials, API credentials, access tokens, and other security information. WerninBill is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from merchant-side security failures.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WerninBill shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequntial or punitive losses arising from the use of the service. The limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
11. Changes to the Terms
WerninBill may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be continued to be posted on the platform.
