How to install the WerninBill WHMCS module

1. Download and unzip the module.
2. Upload the contents of the modules/gateways folder (including callback/werninbill.php) to the modules/gateways directory of your WHMCS installation via FTP or your file manager.
3. In WHMCS admin, go to System Settings → Payment Gateways and activate WerninBill.
4. Enter your USDC (Polygon) self-custodial wallet address to receive payouts, then save.
5. Create a small test invoice and pay it to confirm the flow.

Fees

1% WerninBill platform fee per successful transaction. The card provider may charge its own processing fee depending on the provider, country, currency and amount. No setup or monthly fee. See pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Do my clients need a crypto wallet?

No. Clients pay with a regular card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Only you receive crypto.

Which wallet should I use?

A self-custodial EVM wallet that supports Polygon, such as MetaMask. Never use an exchange deposit address, and never share your seed phrase or private key.

Is every payment method available everywhere?

Availability depends on the client’s country, currency, amount and provider requirements. Some providers may verify the payer for certain transactions.
